When back or disc problems keep changing your life,
get a clearer plan.

Specialist care delivered at your home, office, or gym for recurring low back pain, disc-related problems, sciatica-like symptoms, and the movement limits that come with them.

Back problems rarely stay
in one neat box.

A recurrent back problem can show up as stiffness, a sharp flare-up, hesitation around movement, leg symptoms, or the feeling that you can no longer trust your body. The goal is not to guess your diagnosis online. The goal is to understand the pattern, identify the relevant contributing factors, and create a more useful next step.

  • Recurring low back pain or stiffness that keeps interrupting your routine
  • Disc-related concerns, including herniated or bulging disc terminology you may have been given
  • Sciatica-like symptoms, pinched-nerve language, or discomfort that travels into the hip or leg
  • Back symptoms that make sitting, driving, training, bending, lifting, or sleeping harder

More than the painful spot.

The conversation is built to make sense of the pattern—not just chase the last flare-up.

01

Your pattern

What brings it on, what settles it down, how long it has been happening, and the moments when you hesitate to move.

02

Your demands

Work posture, driving, training, lifting, stress, sleep, and the daily load your back has been carrying.

03

Your next move

Focused care and practical recommendations that fit your presentation, your goals, and the life you need your body to handle.

Get the facts.
Then choose the next step.

Can I request an assessment if I have been told I have a herniated or bulging disc?

Yes. Bring the language you have been given and a high-level summary of what is happening. Dr. Eric will discuss whether a mobile specialist assessment is an appropriate next step and will recommend other evaluation when the situation calls for it.

What if my back problem keeps returning after other care?

That is exactly when a clearer review of the pattern matters. The consultation is designed to understand what has been tried, what changed, and what may be missing from the current plan.

Is this the right fit for an urgent or severe problem?

No. New severe symptoms, major trauma, rapidly progressing weakness, loss of bowel or bladder control, fever with back pain, or other urgent concerns need immediate medical evaluation. This page is not emergency guidance.

Start with the back problem.

Share what is happening, what you have tried, and what you want to get back to. We will help you determine whether specialist care is the right move.
